JenniferMaker Books: Returns & Refunds
Unlike other shops that sell digital products, I have am more interested in your satisfaction and happiness than your money. I care that this works for you, and if it doesn't, I want to work things out. That said, I do ask for honesty. If you got value from my digital product, please don't ask for a refund simply to save a few bucks. Support those who help you and it will be returned tenfold!
Additionally, there are circumstances in which I cannot give refunds, no matter how much I might like, due to time and technical limitations in payment processing systems and other partners. Details on my specific refund policies are as follows:
JENNIFERMAKER WORKSHOP AND COURSE REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your course enrollment we will give you a full refund if you meet both of the following criteria:
- You are requesting your refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You have not progressed (clicked) past Unit 1.
If you meet both of the above criteria, please email our team at email@example.com and we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that our system does not allow us to issue any refunds at all if it is 30 days past your enrollment date, and we are unable to make an exception to this.

JENNIFERMAKER DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS are available on digital projects if our system shows that the product download link has been clicked.
If you have purchased one of our digital products, and have NOT not clicked the link to access the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund please email email@example.com with a copy of your purchase confirmation email.
The system does not allow us to refund any purchases over 30 days. If you would like a refund and have not downloaded the product, please submit your request prior to the 30 day mark.
JENNIFERMAKER PRINTED PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:
No refunds are available on print editions due to the print-on-demand nature.
Should you have any issues with delivery of your book, if you do not receive your book, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the print-on-demand company (Lulu) through their Contact page, who will assist you in getting your book delivered or replaced. Please also note that we are unable to track your package for you as we are not provided with any shipping information.
JENNIFERMAKER SHIPPING POLICY:
Print books are a print-on-demand product, which takes anywhere from 10-14 days to receive it in the U.S. Shipment to addresses beyond the U.S. will take longer than 14 days. We offer shipping in the U.S. via Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, but please note that times shown are for the actual in-transit time and do not reflect the overall time from order to delivery due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.
JENNIFERMAKER DIGITAL TO PRINT / PRINT TO DIGITAL TRANSFER POLICY:
The digital edition and print edition are entirely separate from one another. The print edition is brokered through a third-party print-on-demand company that requires payment in full.
We cannot refund your digital edition so that you can purchase the print edition. Nor can we apply nor transfer any payment for the digital edition toward the print edition.
Additionally, no discounts are available for the print edition. Thank you for understanding!
